Join us for from 4pm-6pm  as we make fresh, homemade pretzels and explore the relationship between pretzels, prayer, and the season of Lent.  We will also be serving chili for dinner. All are welcome!  Join us for an evening of faith, fun, and fellowship!

We mark the beginning of Lent on March 5 with Ash Wednesday services at Noon and 7pm.  Services include the imposition of ashes and Holy Communion.  Please note there will be no soup meal following this service.

ADULT BIBLE STUDY

Our adult education class will begin the new year with a survey of the life and letters of the Apostle Paul. The class will begin Sunday, January 12, with an overview of his life. We won’t meet on January 19 due to the semi-annual meeting. The class will then take up the themes of each of Paul’s letters beginning January 26. We meet in the church library on Sunday mornings from 9:15am-10:15am. Bring your Bibles and join us!

You are invited to join us as we celebrate the conclusion of Christmastide and prepare to celebrate Epiphany with an evening of food, fun, and fellowship. We’ll share a potluck dinner, enjoy a magic show, and have dessert. Please bring either an appetizer, main dish, or dessert to share. There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex so you can let us know you’re coming and what you’re bringing. We’ll start mingling at 5:30pm, eat dinner at 6pm, have a magic show at 6:30pm and have dessert at 7pm. This is an all-ages evening, and all are welcome!

On Christmas Eve we will have a Family Service at 4pm featuring our Sunday school Christmas program. We will also have Traditional Services at 7pm (with nursery available) and 10pm, featuring candlelight and Holy Communion. The 7pm service will also be livestreamed for those who are sick or homebound. On Christmas Day we will have a service at 10am. Come and celebrate the birth of our Savior!

Join us for a musical Bible study this Advent as explore the Biblical texts used in Part One of Handel’s Messiah. We will also be enjoying videos of performances of each movement we study. We will meet in the church library from 9:15-10:15 each Sunday in Advent, beginning December 1. Come for a unique way of learning and meditating on God’s Word!
